Enemies damaged by Cone of Cold have their Armor lowered by 25 for 2 seconds, increasing their damage taken by 25%.
Cold Snap
The center area of Ring of Frost deals 310 (+4% per level) damage and Roots enemies after the outer ring expires. Each enemy Hero hit reduces its cooldown by 15 seconds.

Extend Stukov's arm. If it hits an enemy Hero, they are rapidly shoved until they collide with terrain, dealing 190 (+4% per level) damage and Stunning them for 0.5 seconds. Stukov gains 50 Armor while shoving an enemy.
It Hungers

Gain 5% maximum Health, increase Groundbreaker's Slow duration by 1 second, and Bloodthirst gains an additional charge.
Death Wish
Increase the duration of Warlord's Challenge by 0.5 seconds.

If an enemy Hero is killed while Taunted by Warlord's Challenge, its cooldown is reduced by 45 seconds.

Choose an enemy Hero. After 3 seconds, they are teleported back to the location where Temporal Loop was cast on them.

Basic Abilities recharge 500% faster for 3 seconds after casting Temporal Loop.
Gnome Speed Ahead!
After casting Sand Blast, Chromie gains 20% Movement Speed and 200% increased Health Regeneration for 3 seconds.
Fast Forward
If Chromie's primary Sand Blast travels at least 50% of its base distance and hits a Hero, its cooldown is reduced to 0.5 seconds and it refunds 10 Mana.
Piercing Sands
