Cloud Serpent no longer costs Mana and while Fast Feet is active its cooldown refreshes an additional 75% faster.

Cloud Serpent grants its bearer 10% increased Movement Speed. Casting Blinding Wind increases this bonus to 20% for 3 seconds.

Passive: Cloud Serpent attacks 25% faster.

Healing Brew heals for an additional 42 (+4% per level) over 3 seconds. While Fast Feet is active, this heal amount is increased by 100%.

Channel for up to 6 seconds. Every 0.25 seconds, increase the cooldown of Jug of 1,000 Cups by 2 seconds, up to 50 additional seconds, and heal the lowest Health nearby allied Hero for 66 (+4% per level) Health.

Cloud Serpent attacks bounce to hit 2 additional targets for 13 (+4% per level) damage and 10 (+4% per level) healing.

Increases the number of allies healed by Healing Brew to 2, but increases the cooldown by 1 second.

Jug of 1,000 Cups heals two allies at a time.

Quest: Every time Muradin hits an enemy Hero with a Basic Attack, increase Storm Bolt's damage by 0.75. If an enemy Hero is killed within 3 seconds of being hit by a Storm Bolt increase its damage by an additional 10.

Stormbolt deals 350% damage to non-Heroic enemies. Increase Storm Bolt's cooldown reduction from 1 second to 1.25 seconds per Basic Attack.

Every 3rd Basic Attack against the same enemy deals 90% bonus damage and Stuns them for 0.25 seconds.

Transform for 20 seconds, gaining 1000 (+4% per level) Health.

Muradin heals for 5% of his maximum Health for each Hero hit by Thunder Clap.

Activate to heal Muradin for 30% of his maximum Health over 10 seconds. Second Wind is disabled during this time.

Activate to reset the cooldowns of your Basic Abilities.

While below 50% Health, the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch refreshes 100% faster.

Activate to instantly spread a Weighted Pustule to all nearby enemy Heroes and reset the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch.

This effect has a 75 second cooldown.

Bio-Kill Switch heals for 30% more when detonating 3 or more Healing Pathogens.

Increase the range of Weighted Pustule by 50%. Detonating 2 or more Weighted Pustules causes Stukov's Bio-Kill Switch and Basic Ability cooldowns to recharge 100% faster for 4 seconds.

Extend Stukov's arm. If it hits an enemy Hero, they are rapidly shoved until they collide with terrain, dealing 190 (+4% per level) damage and Stunning them for 0.5 seconds. Stukov gains 50 Armor while shoving an enemy.

Detonating a Weighted Pustule on an enemy who is inside of Lurking Arm Roots them for 1.5 seconds.

Whenever an ally with Healing Pathogen is Stunned or Rooted, they are instantly healed for 300 (+4% per level) Health.

Bio-Kill Switch now also detonates Lurking Arm, dealing 230 (+4% per level) damage, applying a Weighted Pustule, and Silencing enemy Heroes inside for 2.5 seconds.

Hitting an enemy Hero with Swift Strike increases Genji's Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.

After Genji blocks 330 (+4% per level) damage with Deflect, activate to release a Dragon Claw, dealing 190 (+4% per level) damage to all nearby enemies.

When Deflect ends, Genji gains a Shield equal to 100% of the damage blocked for 4 seconds.

Perform two slashes dealing 145 (+4% per level) damage. The slashes detonate after 1.25 seconds causing an additional 290 (+4% per level) damage to enemies in their area.

Each enemy Hero hit with Swift Strike reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds.

Deflect also deals an additional 33% of the damage blocked.

Quest: Block 6500 damage with Deflect, including damage blocked so far.

Reward: Deflect hits all nearby enemy Heroes.

While Frag Launcher has no charges left, Junkrat gains 10% Movement Speed and his Basic Attacks deal 15% bonus damage.

Hitting an enemy Hero with Concussion Mine reduces its cooldown by 10 seconds.

Increase the explosion radius of Total Mayhem by 20%.

When Junkrat is Stunned, Rooted, or damaged by an enemy Hero while below 50% Health, he uses Total Mayhem, dropping 5 grenades at his feet that explode.

This effect has a 12 second cooldown.

After 1.25 seconds, Junkrat launches into the air. While in the air, he can steer the landing location by moving.

After 3.75 seconds, Junkrat lands, dealing 935 (+4% per level) damage to nearby enemies and activating Total Mayhem. 5 seconds after landing, Junkrat reappears at the Hall of Storms and gains 150% additional Movement Speed until dismounted.

Increase Junkrat's Basic Attack range by 1.

Frag Launcher grenades fired within 0.5 seconds of using a Basic Attack deal 30% bonus damage.

Frag Launcher fires all of its charges in a continuous burst, its cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds, but it loses 1 maximum charge.

Junkrat also gains the Ability RIP-Tire. Each time he uses his Heroic, it swaps to the alternate ability.

Passive: Reduce both Heroic cooldowns by 20 seconds.

Regeneration Globes restore 100% more Mana and grant 10% Spell Power for 20 seconds.

If Arcane Orb hits an enemy Hero after traveling at least 50% of its base range, the cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds and 40 Mana is refunded.

Increase Arcane Orb's damage increase for distance traveled by 30%. Additionally, reduce its cooldown by 1 second.

Channel a powerful beam, dealing 480 (+5% per level) damage over 2.6 seconds to enemies while they are in it. The direction of the beam changes with your mouse cursor position.

If Li-Ming loses more than 20% of her Health at once, its cooldown is instantly refreshed.

This effect has a 4 second cooldown.

Passive: Increases Teleport range by 50%

Arcane Orb travels 25% farther, increasing its maximum distance damage bonus from 270 (+3% per level) to 371 (+3% per level).

Casting Abilities increases the damage of the next Ability by 5%, up to 20%.

This bonus is reset when the same Ability is used within a chain.

Increases Frag Grenade's damage by 10% and its range by 50%.

Increase the damage bonus to 4% while enemy Heroes are above 30% Health, but Minigun no longer has any effect on targets below 30%.

Enemies hit by Frag Grenade take an additional 75 (+4% per level) damage over 3 seconds. This damage is increased by 100% against Minions, Mercenaries, and Monsters.

Call down an Odin to pilot. The Odin deals increased Damage, has 100% increased Basic Attack range, and uses different Abilities. The Odin has 25 Armor and lasts 23 seconds.

Overkill Slows enemy Movement Speed by 25% and its range is increased by 25%.

Frag Grenade deals bonus damage to Heroes equal to 5% of their maximum Health.

Each enemy Hero hit by Frag Grenade reduces its cooldown by 1 second.

Run and Gun and Odin's Thrusters gain 2 additional charges and reduces Run and Gun's Mana cost from 50 to 25.

After using Run and Gun, increase Tychus's Basic Attack range by 1.5 for 4 seconds.

Mal'Ganis heals for 70 (+4% per level) when damaging a nearby enemy Hero. This can occur once every 6 seconds against each enemy Hero, but is also refreshed when they are Slept by Night Rush.

While Necrotic Embrace is active, Mal'Ganis heals for 12 (+4% per level) when damage is taken and Vampiric Touch converts 20% more Hero damage into healing.

After casting Night Rush, deal 33 (+4% per level) damage per second to nearby enemies.

This effect lasts for 5 seconds and Basic Attacks against Heroes refresh its duration.

Does not wake Sleeping targets.

After 1 second, disperse into an Invulnerable swarm of bats for 3 seconds, dealing 120 (+4% per level) damage per second to enemies.

Vampiric Touch heals for 75% of Carrion Swarm's damage to Heroes.

When Mal'Ganis is healed by a Hero, he gains 1% Movement Speed for 6 seconds, up to 15%.

Necrotic Embrace unleashes a wave of bats in front of Mal'Ganis, dealing 81 (+4% per level) damage.

Upon expiring, Carrion Swarm's bats seek nearby enemy Heroes, dealing 132 (+4% per level) damage and Sleeping them for 2.5 seconds.

Entangling Roots Sleeps enemy Heroes for 2 seconds after its Root expires.

Casting Regrowth on an ally also grants Malfurion its effect for 50% normal duration.

Each Hero hit by Moonfire extends the duration of currently active Regrowths by 1 second.

After 0.5 seconds, deal 310 (+4% per level) damage in a large area around Malfurion, Silencing enemies making them unable to use Abilities for 3 seconds.

Using Innervate also grants Malfurion 15% of his max Mana and causes his Basic Ability cooldowns to refresh 50% faster for 5 seconds.

Increase Moonfire's area by 25% and Regrowth's duration by 5 seconds.

Casting Regrowth instantly heals its target for 10% of their missing Health.

Increase maximum Scrap by 2. Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes, Mercenaries, or Monsters accelerates Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Scrap regeneration by 1.5 seconds.

Casting Rock-It! Turret grants Gazlowe a Shield that absorbs up to 200 (+4% per level) damage for 2.5 seconds.

Deth Lazor can now store up to 2 charges. Each enemy Hero hit by Deth Lazor reduces its cooldown by 0.75 seconds.

After a 1.5 second delay, pull enemies toward the center of an area and deal 220 (+4% per level) damage. Basic Abilities deal 30% more damage for 5 seconds after casting Grav-O-Bomb 3000.

Rock-It! Turrets attack up to 2 additional enemies for 60% damage and have 30% increased Basic Attack range.

Reduce the cooldown of Xplodium Charge by 2 seconds. Casting Xplodium Charge creates 3 miniature Rock-It! Turrets that last for 3 seconds.

These Turrets do not drop Scrap or benefit from other Talents.

Xplodium Charge gains a 2nd charge with a 3 second cooldown between uses and launches 2 more bombs when it detonates.
