Increase Basic Attack range by 10%. Basic Attacks against Heroes reveal a small area around them for 3 seconds.

Collecting a Regeneration Globe instantly heals Tracer for 10% of her maximum Health and reduces the cooldown of Healing Fountain by 15 seconds.

Drinking from a Healing Fountain instantly heals for 20% of Tracer's maximum Health.

Reduces Reload time by 50%. This equals 20% more damage per second.

Increases Pulse Bomb's radius by 50% and enemies hit are Slowed by 70% for 3 seconds.

Passive: After Blinking, gain 20% Movement Speed for 1.25 seconds.

Quest: Takedowns increase Tracer's Basic Attack damage by 5%, up to 25%. These bonuses are lost on death.

Tracer's Basic Attacks have a 60% chance to hit another nearby enemy, prioritizing Heroes.

Recall heals Tracer equal to the amount of Health she lost during that time.

Teleport costs no Mana.

If Li-Ming hasn't taken damage in the last 3 seconds, Teleport's cooldown is decreased by 2 seconds.

Casting Teleport causes Li-Ming's next cast of Magic Missiles to deal 10% bonus damage.

Takedowns restore 30% of Li-Ming's missing Health.

Teleport does 300 (+3% per level) damage to enemy Heroes near the destination.

Rock-It! Turrets attack up to 2 additional enemies for 60% damage and have 30% increased Basic Attack range.

Hitting an enemy Hero with Swift Strike increases Genji's Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds.

After Genji blocks 330 (+4% per level) damage with Deflect, activate to release a Dragon Claw, dealing 190 (+4% per level) damage to all nearby enemies.

When Deflect ends, Genji gains a Shield equal to 100% of the damage blocked for 4 seconds.

Perform two slashes dealing 145 (+4% per level) damage. The slashes detonate after 1.25 seconds causing an additional 290 (+4% per level) damage to enemies in their area.

Each enemy Hero hit with Swift Strike reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds.

Deflect also deals an additional 33% of the damage blocked.

Quest: Block 6500 damage with Deflect, including damage blocked so far.

Reward: Deflect hits all nearby enemy Heroes.

Entangling Roots Sleeps enemy Heroes for 2 seconds after its Root expires.

Casting Regrowth on an ally also grants Malfurion its effect for 50% normal duration.

Activate to remove all Stuns, Roots, and Slows from allies affected by Regrowth.

Heal nearby allied Heroes for 80 (+4% per level) Health per second for 8 seconds. Allies affected by Regrowth within Tranquility's area gain 10 Armor.

Malfurion gains 6% Movement Speed for every active Regrowth.

Increase Moonfire's area by 25% and Regrowth's duration by 5 seconds.

Each enemy Hero hit by Moonfire reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 3 seconds. Increase Tranquility's healing by 25% and 10% per ally affected by Regrowth.

Quest: Hitting enemy Heroes with Plasma Cutter permanently increases Fenix's Basic Attack damage by 0.5, up to 60.

Reward: After hitting 30 Heroes, Plasma Cutter circles an additional time.

Basic Attacks against Slowed Heroes with Repeater Cannon active grant 10% Movement Speed for 4 seconds, up to 40%.

Plasma Cutter deals 35% more damage to Slowed targets.

Channel for 1.5 seconds, sweeping a laser in front of Fenix that locks onto enemy Heroes. Once Channeling finishes, fire 5 missiles at each locked Hero, dealing 79 (+4% per level) damage each. Deals 50% increased damage to Slowed targets.

Permanently reduce Fenix's maximum Health by 30% but increase Shield Capacitor's Shield by 40%. Basic Attacks regenerate Shields equal to 10% of the damage dealt.

Fenix deals 20% more damage while he has a Shield from Shield Capacitor.

Quest: Stack 5 Doses on an enemy Hero or Basic Attack a Hero with 5 Doses.

Reward: Stack 5 Doses to increase Shrike's healing by 1%.

Reward: Basic Attack a Hero with 5 Doses to increase Shrike's healing by 0.25%.

Sleep Dart applies 4 Doses.

While Aim Down Sights is active, Sleep Dart pierces all enemy Heroes.

Every Dose a Hero has reduces their Spell Power by 10%.

Target an enemy Hero with an orbital beam from the Spear of Adun, dealing 184 (+4% per level) damage per second for 8 seconds. The beam will chase the target as they move.

Reduce the Mana cost of Blade Dash from 50 to 25. Each time that Shield Overload activates, reduce the cooldown of Blade Dash by 6 seconds.

Casting Basic Abilities reduces the cooldown of Shield Overload by 5 seconds.

Increase Death and Decay's duration by 1 second. After gaining 30 Blight, increase the radius of Death and Decay's pool by 30%.

Quest: Collect 12 Regeneration Globes to charge Kel'Thuzad's Phylactery.

Reward: Kel'Thuzad's Phylactery can be activated while dead to immediately respawn at the Hall of Storms, but must be charged again.

Passive: Kel'Thuzad heals for 10% of all Spell Damage dealt while the Phylactery is charged.

Each time a Hero is hit by Death and Decay's pool, they take 25% more periodic damage from Death and Decay for the next 4 seconds, stacking up to 4 times.

Launch a meteor of ice at an enemy Hero. Upon impact, the meteor deals 115 (+2.5% per level) damage to its target and 275 (+2.5% per level) damage to enemies in the area. All enemies hit by Frost Blast are Rooted for 2 seconds.

After Chains of Kel'Thuzad's Stun expires, the enemy is also Slowed by 60% for 1 second.

Stunning, Rooting, or Slowing a Hero grants 6% Spell Power for 10 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

Activate to make Valeera's next damaging Ability and subsequent Abilities within 4 seconds Slow targets by 20% for 4 seconds.

Activating Crippling Poison does not break Stealth.

Reduces the Energy cost of Sinister Strike by 10.

Sinister Strike now hits with both blades, dealing 125% additional damage, but its range is reduced by 1.

Create a cloud of smoke. While in the smoke, Valeera is Unrevealable, can pass through other units, and gains 60 Armor, reducing damage taken by 60%. Valeera can continue to attack and use abilities without being revealed. Lasts 5 seconds.

Using this Ability does not break Stealth.

Using Garrote on a Hero reduces their Spell Power by 40% for 6 seconds.

Sinister Strike deals 50% additional damage and generates an additional Combo Point when used against Silenced, Rooted, or Stunned enemy Heroes.
